Kathy has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of yoga. She completed her training in Rishikesh, India, and has since taught thousands of students worldwide.

Her approach combines traditional yoga techniques with modern understanding of anatomy and physiology, making her classes accessible to all levels.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring to my first yoga class?

For your first class, we recommend bringing a yoga mat (we have rentals if you don't have one), a water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before class.

How often should I practice yoga to see results?

For noticeable benefits, we recommend practicing yoga at least 2-3 times per week. Consistency is key - even short daily practices can be more beneficial than occasional long sessions. Many of our students report feeling benefits after just 2-3 weeks of regular practice.

Are spa treatments included in the yoga membership?

Our Basic Plan includes 1 spa session per month, while Premium includes 3 sessions. Family Plan members receive 6 sessions. Additional treatments can be booked at a 15% discount for members. Spa services are also available to non-members at regular prices.

What's your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your membership with 30 days notice. For classes, we require 12 hours notice to avoid being charged. Spa appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Emergency cancellations are handled case by case.

Is there an age limit for your classes?

Our regular classes are for ages 16+. We offer special family yoga sessions on weekends for ages 6+ with parent/guardian participation. Teens 13-15 may attend regular classes with signed parental consent. We also have prenatal yoga specifically for expecting mothers.
