3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings require full payment or a deposit to secure your reservation.
• Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date with at least 48 hours notice.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but your booked services will be honored at the price quoted at time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a credit for future use.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the payment.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
• For retreats and packages, special cancellation policies apply as outlined at time of booking.

5. Health & Safety

• Participants must inform instructors of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions before participating in any physical activity.
• Pregnant women should consult their physician before participating in any services and inform our staff.
• SilkenPranaRetreat is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation in our services.
• Participants engage in services at their own risk and should stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property
